Resubmitting Output as Input
Output from a Teradata Database can be resubmitted as input. To do so, match the format parameters for the export and import files by specifying one of the following options for both export and import files:

When resubmitting data types, always resubmit fixed-length column data first, followed by variable-length column data.
Data that was exported from a Teradata Database in DIF format cannot be re-imported.
