Appendix B: “Sample Workforce Database Tables”replaces old Personnel Database content. Information added about both basic and advanced LOGON elements. Comments are no longer uppercased on z/OS using a KATAKANAEBCDIC character set. EXPORT command no longer fails when the export filename contains specific multi-byte characters. Documentation clarifies which settings only affect Field Mode results, and not Record Mode, Indicator Mode, or Multipart Indicator Mode. New keyword DEFERCOLS added as synonym for LOBCOLS option of the IMPORT command. SHOW VERSIONS now includes TDWALLET version string. Documentation changed to reflect Teradata Style Guide. Use of the continuation character (-) in Teradata SQL requests clarified. Encoding controls for Unicode Sessions corrected. QUIET command now can suppress Starting Row messages for large imports. Examples added to explain the effect of changing response mode after using the EXPORT command. RETLIMIT row argument maximum raised to accept an unsigned 8-byte integer value. The underlying variables of PAGELENGTH no longer changed or used when FORMAT is OFF. Severity level assigned to trapped kill event (SIGTERM).
