使用以下步骤在 Linux 服务器上执行 Teradata 通知服务的交互式安装或升级。只有在 PUT 不可用时才使用此过程。请注意：xx 代表您所安装或升级的软件版本。
  1. 从 Teradata Software Server 下载软件： https://support.teradata.com。
  2. 将正确版本的 rpm 文件复制到要执行安装或升级操作的服务器中。
    Viewpoint/SLES 版本 RPM 文件名
    采用 SLES12 的 16.50 tdnotification1650__SLES12_x8664.16.50.xx.xx-1.rpm
    采用 SLES11 的 16.50 tdnotification1650__SLES11_x8664.16.50.xx.xx-1.rpm
    16.20 tdnotification1620__SLES11_x8664.16.20.xx.xx-1.rpm
  3. 以 root 用户身份登录到 Linux 服务器。
  4. 更改为包含 rpm 文件的目录。
  5. 验证是否已定义 JAVA_HOME：
    echo $JAVA_HOME
  6. 设置 CAM_INTERACTIVE_INSTALL 环境变量以指示该安装为交互安装：
    export CAM_INTERACTIVE_INSTALL=1
  7. 安装正确版本的 rpm：
    Viewpoint/SLES 版本 命令
    采用 SLES12 的 16.50 rpm -Uvh tdnotification1650__SLES12_x8664.16.50.xx.xx-1.rpm.
    采用 SLES11 的 16.50 rpm -Uvh tdnotification1650__SLES11_x8664.16.50.xx.xx-1.rpm.
    16.20 rpm -Uvh tdnotification1620__SLES11_x8664.16.20.xx.xx-1.rpm.
  8. 系统提示时，请输入 Viewpoint 服务器的名称。
  9. 出现提示时，输入服务用户的名称，或接受缺省名称 camuser。
    该服务将使用服务用户帐户的用户 ID 运行。有关详细信息，请参见服务用户。
    该软件将安装在以下位置：
    • /opt/teradata/client/16.50/cam/tdnotification（适用于 16.50）
    • /opt/teradata/client/16.20/cam/tdnotification（适用于 16.20）
    并会为安装目录创建符号链接：
    • /opt/teradata/client/cam/tdnotification -> /opt/teradata/client/16.50/cam/tdnotification（适用于 16.50）
    • /opt/teradata/client/cam/tdnotification -> /opt/teradata/client/16.20/cam/tdnotification（适用于 16.20）

    如果提供了 Viewpoint 服务器的名称，则该软件已配置就绪，可以启动：

    /etc/init.d/tdnotification start
