Purpose
Causes TDP to discontinue writing informational or diagnostic messages to the system console.

When TDP starts, TEST mode is not enabled. TEST can be enabled by executing the ENABLE TEST operator command.
If the DISABLE TEST command is executed after TEST is enabled, informational messages produced by TEST mode are no longer written to the system console.
