After deploying a Server Management VM, you can enable remote configuration assistance from Teradata customer portal by setting upTeradata ServiceConnect™. Teradata customer portal then uses ServiceConnect to remotely assist with additional configuration options, such as installation and configuration of a policy server. If this option does not display, it is not available at your site.
