Possible Cause:
An attempt to close a file which was not open was made.
Possible Solution:
Probable internal error. Teradata intervention required. The preprocessor runtime can abend before it has established normal error reporting mechanisms (that is, the SQLCA structure). In cases where the preprocessor causes such an abend, the runtime terminates with the following user codes:
