Resynchronizing and Unloading Databases
Teradata MDS provides features that let you keep the Teradata MDS repository in sync with its associated Teradata Database(s) and to unload Teradata Databases already loaded into the Repository.
The functionality to resynchronize and unload databases is not available in the current version of MDS Repository Explorer, but is available by using MetaManager to do these tasks, as described in “Resynchronize Databases” and “Unload Databases” in Chapter 3 of Teradata Metadata Services Administrator Guide (3118-071A), the documentation for a previous release of MDS.
