Refresh-cached-data specifies whether response data previously processed by CLIv2 can be re-used or must be reread from the Teradata Database.
This option would not be used by a normal application. It is intended only for diagnostic use.
Refresh-cached-data exists only when DBCHINI had been called for a DBCAREA with Total-length set to at least 640 (that is, the returned DBCAREA Level value is at least 1). For a smaller DBCAREA, Refresh-cached-data is ignored.
