Purpose
Requests that the Teradata SQL response be repositioned to a specified row.
Usage Notes
RowPosition is included in a Continue to reposition to a particular row in the response.
If present, the RowPosition parcel must immediately proceed either the ExtendedKeepRespond or KeepRespond parcel.
