A valid acctid is an optional character string that identifies an individual user account, and is associated with a specific userid. Enter a acctid using apostrophes (single quotes) as delimiters immediately before and after the character string. If the account identifier contains an apostrophe, use full double quotes as delimiters, or repeat the apostrophe character in the account identifier.
