  1. Determine if PUT is installed on the master node by issuing this command on the master node: rpm -qa | grep TDput
    1. If TDput- xxxx is returned, PUT is installed on the master node. Issue the /etc/init.d/TDput start command to start TDput services and continue to Connecting to the master node.
    2. If TDput- xxxx is returned, but you want to upgrade the installed version of PUT, continue to Upgrading TDput.
    3. If TDput- xxxx is not returned, PUT is not installed on the master node. Continue to Installing TDput.
