You must disable Time Zone settings on the destination system before restoring DBC database. Otherwise, the restoration fails. After restoring DBC database and user data, and then running the necessary DIP script, you can re-enable Time Zone settings on the destination system, as preferred.
As a first step in the restoration process, check the Time Zone setting status on the destination system.
