  1. Open the Supervisor window.
  2. Check the status line in the Database Window (DBW) to see if logons are enabled.
  3. If not, then in the Supervisor window, type: enable logons
  4. Verify the status line in the DBW has changed to Logons are enabled.
  5. Close the Supervisor window.
