Use these steps to download both Teradata Database for VMware and the deployment scripts needed for installation.
  1. Go to https://access.teradata.com and log in.
  2. Select Software Downloads > Backup Archive Recovery.
  3. Under Backup & Restore, select Data Stream Utility (DSU).
  4. Select the Release and Platform then click Submit.
  5. Select DSU_Deployer and the latest version of TVME-DSCrelease , fill in the appropriate information, and click Submit to download. Two zip files will download.
  6. Unzip both download package zip files.
  7. Unzip the DSU_Deployer_version.zip file. DSU_Deployer contains a sample properties file and the configuration and deployment scripts.
  8. Unzip the TVME-DSCrelease_version.zip file. TVME-DSCrelease contains an ova file with the templates.
