- This error would be highly unusual. Rules are written such that SubjectIssuer attribute in IdentityProvider is required in TdgssUserConfigFile if ValidateByTokenExchange is set to yes. Please check IdentityProvider section and set the value.It will be recommended to do 'run_tdgssconfig'. so that New JwtConfigCache created in case of JwtConfigCache got Corrupted.If that fails to clear the problem,contact Teradata Customer Support.
