Contested Dynamic Cylinder Interleaving (DCI) slots remain present after Flexible DCI processing has completed. Under normal circumstances, all contested slots should be converted to assigned state after FDCI processing has completed. The remaining presence of contested slots could indicate that a migration has failed. FDCI will attempt to process the remaining contested slots 60 minutes later. If this message continues to repeat itself, look for low free space or IO errors on the pdisks and try to resolve.
