DESCRIPTION:
    Function to get the error logs of a failed model training in the fit method.
 
PARAMETERS:
    model_id:
        Required Argument.
        Specifies the unique identifier for model.
        Note:
             * Only failed model training error log is returned.
        Types: str
 
RETURNS:
    string
 
RAISES:
    TypeError, ValueError
