Changing the publicAddress, clusterAddress, and bindAddress defaults in a QueryGrid Manager instance is optional. You can change the default clusterAddress before or after clustering.
You can set or modify each of these values independently in /etc/opt/teradata/tdqgm/server.properties.
- Log on to the QueryGrid Manager TMS, VM, or server.
- Open the /etc/opt/teradata/tdqgm/server.properties file. You must have write permission to the files in /etc/opt/teradata/tdqgm.
- Edit the publicAddress, additionalPublicAddresses, bindAddress, and clusterAddress properties and save the file.
- Restart QueryGrid Manager:service tdqgm restartIf there are problems, review the /opt/teradata/tdqgm/logs/tdqgm-boot.log log file, fix all identified problems, and restart QueryGrid Manager.
