The viewpoint account password set on the Service Account tab in the QueryGrid portlet must match the viewpoint password set for the QueryGrid Manager in the Monitored Systems portlet.
- From the Viewpoint portal page, select

- Open the Monitored Systems portlet.
- From the Systems list, select the name of the system you want to update.
- From the Setup list, select General.
- Under Login, enter the Viewpoint password associated with the Viewpoint account in the QueryGrid portlet.
- Select Apply.
