Use the command line utility reset.sh to reset a QueryGrid Manager back to its default settings.
- Log on to the system where QueryGrid Manager is running.
- From /opt/teradata/tdqgm/bin, run: ./reset.sh -f and type y when prompted.You must run this command as the root or tdqgm user.Result: If the manager was a part of a cluster, the manager is reported offline.Wait at least 5 minutes before adding the reset QueryGrid Manager instance to Viewpoint. Any previous Monitored Systems in Viewpoint referencing this QueryGrid Manager must be removed and replaced.
