APH-response-OK specifies whether response parcels may use the alternate parcel header, allowing response parcels up to 2,147,483,647 bytes. The DBCAREA Maximum-parcel option should also be specified as 'H'. Applications that use buffer-mode to fetch responses must be changed to properly handle such alternate parcel headers, then specify this option to indicate such support exists. Other applications require no changes except the specification of this option. If a response parcel exceeds 65535 bytes but this option is not specified, error code 3177 will be returned.
