The CLIv2 stub is a routine that is generally included with the application. It defines all the CLIv2 routines described in this document for use by the application. The stub locates the data structure called the CLIv2 System Parameter Block (HSHSPB). Then it locates and invokes the CLIv2 runtime routines.
