This CLI environment variable is optional and used to determine the path of clispb.dat. By default, CLI reads the clispb.dat from default installation directory. If you modify the sample clispb.dat file provided during installation and place it in a different location, you must set this variable to reflect the new file location.
If the symbolic names of SPB fields in the clispb.dat file are invalid, CLI prints a warning message, in English, on STDOUT that reads:
CLI ignored bad clispb.dat entry “entryname”
If the value provided for the SPB fields in clispb.dat is invalid, CLI exits printing a CLI-310 error. The message returned in the respective DBCAREA message field will always be in English, no matter what value is set in the Language Id field.
