PrerequisiteThe Teradata Viewpoint Administrator must assign the Manage Lab Groups permission using Roles Manager for your Viewpoint role.
After a lab group is created, you can change their default email notifications. The My Notifications view allows you to enable or disable email notifications.
The Teradata Viewpoint Administrator must complete the email configuration before email notifications can be triggered.
- From the Lab Groups table in the Monitoring tab, click
next to the lab group, and select Edit. - From the Lab Group tab, under Email Notification, enter a percentage from 1% to 99% for Send email if available space is less than.
- Click Save.An email notification is triggered to the lab group owner if available space for the lab group falls under the percentage.
