Data Privacy

Data Privacy is a feature which can be enabled while creating or editing a lab group. This feature restricts the lab users from providing access to objects which they own to any internal or external user of the lab. It protects the data within the objects under the lab group by restricting access to only specific users that were added to the lab using data labs.

The lab group creator must be a super user account with complete access.

Data Privacy Functioning

Data Privacy option can be enabled or disabled at lab group level and only the lab group creator has privileges to enable or disable. If the data privacy option is enabled for a lab group, then, by default, all the objects inside the labs under the lab group are enabled for data privacy.

The info bar displays the rate of dictionary collector and shows the next occurrence of privileges synchronization on lab objects.
