A failed request is a request that did not process due to an error during submission, completion, or delivery. Failed requests appear red in the Status column in the Requests tab for all users.
- From the Requests tab, click the failed request in the Requests table.The Request Details appears at the bottom and displays
next to the status.
- Click
to review the reason for the failure.
- If you are unable to correct the issue yourself, contact your DBA.
- After the issue is corrected, click Resubmit.When lab users or read-only users resubmit a failed request, it is immediately processed and does not need to be approved again.
