Purpose
Provides segments of a request that is too large to fit into the maximum parcel size. This parcel is currently only used for the text of Stored Procedures.

This parcel is generated by CLIv2 when the Segment Data option is specified by the application.

Field Notes
The SequenceNumber field specifies the order of the segment, relative to other segments. SequenceNumber is a binary value that begins at one and increments by one for each Multi-TSR parcel.
The Status field specifies the type of segment. A binary one indicates that this is the last segment. Otherwise the value is a binary zero.
