Purpose
The UserNameRequest parcel requests the return of the userid assigned to the session.
Usage Notes
When present, this parcel must be placed immediately after the Connect parcel.

Field Notes
'ExtendedNameResponse' indicates whether the returned name may be longer than 30 bytes. The integer zero prohibits longer names; the integer one allows them.
