Purpose
Displays the status of TDP.

Usage Notes
When the DISPLAY TDP command is executed, TDP displays information on the following items:
Item | Description |

RUN command | (Might not always appear.) If the RUN command has not been entered, a message stating that fact is displayed first, preceding the other settings. Otherwise, only the following settings are shown in the display. |
TDP release | The release identifier for TDP. |
COMCHAR | Current subsystem command character for TDP. This is set using the TDP command, INITIAL COMCHAR. |
TDP MAXSESS | Maximum number of sessions currently allowed for TDP. This is determined by the TDP SET MAXSESS command. |
LOGONS | Status of logons (enabled or disabled). This is modified using the ENABLE LOGONS and DISABLE LOGONS commands. |
SERVER MAXSESS | Maximum number of sessions supported by the SPs that are currently operational. This value can vary during recovery from database restarts as the status of the SPs vary. |
CP I/O MODE | Method (EXCP, EXCPVR, IOSDRIVR) used for communication with the database when using channel devices. |
IAC MODE | Method (SVC or PC) used for communication between TDP and the application. |
SECURITY EXIT | State of the TDP User Security Interface (TDPUSEC), enabled or disabled. This is modified using the ENABLE USEC and DISABLE USEC commands. |
TEST | State of the TEST flag (enabled or disabled). This is modified using the ENABLE TEST and DISABLE TEST commands. |
MONITOR EXIT | State of the TDP User Transaction Collection Exit (TDPUTCE), enabled or disabled. This is modified using the ENABLE TMON and DISABLE TMON commands. |
LOGON EXIT | State of the TDP User Logon Exit interface (TDPLGUX), enabled or disabled. This is modified using the ENABLE LGUX and DISABLE LGUX commands. |
CHECKSUM | State of the checksum error detection setting on the database for CIC-type CPs, enabled or disabled. This is modified using a database console command. |
SECLOGON | State of the Security Logon (SECLOGON) feature, and whether its messages option is enabled or disabled. This is modified using the MODIFY SECLOGON command. |
TIME MSGS | State of the time messages, enabled or disabled. This is modified using the ENABLE TIME and DISABLE TIME commands. |
UAX | State of the TDP User Address Space Exit interface (TDPUAX), enabled or disabled. This is modified using the ENABLE UAX and DISABLE UAX commands. |
SESSION RESERVE | State of the session reserve setting, enabled or disabled. This is modified using the ENABLE SESSION RESERVE and DISABLE SESSION RESERVE commands. |
SESSION STATUS | State of the SESSION STATUS setting, enabled or disabled. This is modified using the ENABLE SESSION STATUS and DISABLE SESSION STATUS commands. |
SESSION DETAIL | State of the SESSION DETAIL setting, enabled or disabled. This is modified using the ENABLE SESSION DETAIL and DISABLE SESSION DETAIL commands. |
POOL STATUS | State of the POOL STATUS setting, enabled or disabled. This setting is modified using the ENABLE POOL STATUS and DISABLE POOL STATUS commands. |
POOL DETAIL | State of the POOL DETAIL setting, enabled or disabled. This setting is modified using the ENABLE POOL DETAIL and DISABLE POOL DETAIL commands. |
NPCOMM | State of the NPCOMM STATUS and DETAIL settings. These settings are established using the ENABLE and DISABLE NPCOMM commands. |
SHUTDOWN STATUS | (Might not always appear.) If a SHUTDOWN command has been entered and has not yet completed, these settings are followed by a message that an orderly, quick, or cancel shutdown is in progress. |
TDP USERID | User ID for TDP internal sessions. This setting can be modified using the SET USERID command. |
USERID CHARSET | Name of the character set associated with the TDP USERID. This setting can be modified using the SET CHARSET command. |
TDP CHARSET | Name of the default TDP character set. This setting reflects the database’s configuration of the Logical-host, and so cannot be modified using a TDP command. |
