Setup and Configuration - Teradata Vantage

At a high level, the setup and configuration involve the following steps:

1. Setup Azure Databricks Unity catalog with REST Iceberg catalog support.
2. Setup a Databricks Spark cluster if Iceberg Write operations are to be performed.
3. Create AUTHORIZATION objects for accessing Unity catalog & ADLS Gen2.
4. Create DATALAKE object.
