Issue: The MOTF table is missing from the customer's system, but the corresponding OTF table exists in the Datalake.
Cause: The MOTF table was dropped, but the corresponding OTF table was not removed.
Resolution: Customer must use the diagnostic FORCEMOTFDROP at the request level to forcefully drop the OTF table(3.dot).
