The rules for invoking Teradata TPump under a UNIX OS are the same as for IBM mainframe client-based systems described in the preceding section. The difference lies in UNIX syntax.
The Windows syntax and the UNIX syntax are essentially the same, the main difference being that single quotes should be used on UNIX systems and double quotes should be used on Windows systems.
