Possible Cause
A request for internal storage could not be fulfilled. This error occurs with network environments only.
Possible Solution
Increase the amount of internal storage available for use by the execution environment, if possible. If space is not available, program restructuring may alleviate the problem. Support personnel may be able to assist in this effort.
