Use the SQL INCLUDE statement to incorporate those host variable definitions or SQL statements to be used by PP2 that come from an external copy file.
PP2 does not recognize the normal COBOL INCLUDE statement, which causes an error when necessary host variable declarations in an INCLUDE file are unavailable to PP2.
SQL INCLUDE is valid anywhere a COBOL INCLUDE statement is legal.
