Wildcard file specifications can be used in the data import scenario, where data is loaded into a database. These are specified by setting -SinglePartFile True and simultaneously using the characters * or ? in the -Prefix or -Object specification string.
Objects are selected using the same rules as in the Unix shell. Filenames matching the wildcard file specifications are added in the job log, and data from each file whose name matches the wildcard file specification is loaded into the database table.
