By default, the Teradata Access Module for Named Pipes log file is named namedpipes.log, which is located in /tmp on UNIX systems and in %TEMP% then C:\ on Windows systems.
You can specify a different location for the log file using the log_directory parameter in the Teradata Access Module for Named Pipes initialization string. See Initialization String.
