IBM XL C/C++ for AIX, V16.1.0 (xlclang/xlclang++ frontend) must be used because Shared ICU Libraries for Teradata has been compiled with v9.0, otherwise runtime errors such as unresolved symbols from libC.a will occur.
- Download the appropriate compiler from IBM C and C++ Compilers.
- Install the downloaded compiler according to the instructions provided with the compiler.
