If you are installing a base release (for example, 17.20.00), use ACCEPT to accept the base function at the major or minor release level.
Do not run ACCEPT if you are upgrading to a new maintenance release. Instead, perform the ACCEPT procedure before installing any additional functions or maintenance releases.
