Changes Made to TTU Installer Script
- TTU installer script name has been modified from setup.bat to setup.sh.
- The option to install “all products except tdwallet” is removed from TTU installer script (setup.sh).
BTEQ and Standalone Utility Products (FastLoad, FastExport, MultiLoad and TPump)
- BTEQ and the Standalone Utility products are now 64-bit instead of 32-bit.
- All access modules are 64-bit only (no 32-bit support).
Teradata Access Module for Google Cloud Storage
A new 64-bit access module has been added to support Google Cloud Storage.
Separate 64-bit and 32-bit Linux and Ubuntu Bundles
TTU now supports two separate bundles. See Software Packages for more information.
FastLoad, FastExport, MultiLoad, and TPump Utilities
The Teradata FastLoad, Teradata FastExport, Teradata MultiLoad, and Teradata TPump utilities are now 64-bit instead of 32-bit.
TPTBase and TPTStream
The TPTStream package has been removed and the files have been added to the TPTBase package. The TPTBase package is 64-bit only (no 32-bit support).
Teradata BTEQ Utility
The 32-bit BTEQ package is no longer provided. If using "NOTIFY EXIT", then the source must be recompiled to use the 64-bit version of bteq.
