The Teradata Notification Service is installed as a Windows Service named Teradata Notification Service. The default installation procedure configures the service to automatically start when the system reboots.
You can start, stop, pause, resume, or restart a service using the Services Administration tool in Windows, which can be opened from a command prompt window by typing services.msc.
