To grant access to a portlet for a role, you must enable the portlet using Portlet Library.
- From the Roles Manager view, select a role from the list.
- Select the Portlets tab.
- Select the check box to the left of the portlet name.
- Click Apply.The role can access the portlet from the Add Content screen after you enable the portlet using Portlet Library.
