Editing an event changes the event instance affecting all users.
  1. From either the Calendar Week or Month view, select the event you want to edit.
    The event details view appears.
  2. Click Edit.
    The Edit Event dialog box appears, showing event details.
  3. Make the applicable changes and click OK.
