You must be the ruleset owner or the ruleset must be unlocked in order to delete throttles.
- From the ruleset toolbar, click Throttles.
- Click
and select Delete in the row of a throttle. - Click Delete to confirm that you want to delete this rule.
and select Delete in the row of a throttle.
