A filter rejects user queries.
- Edit or create a ruleset.
- From the ruleset toolbar, click Filters.
- Next to Filters, click
. - Enter a name.
- [Optional] Enter a description.
- [Optional] Select Warning Only to have a warning message for the filter logged by the database.The queries still run when a warning is logged.
- Click Save.
- Click the Classification tab.
- Add and save classification criteria.Include classification items in a filter to reject those items. For example, create a filter and add classification criteria to reject all queries from the finance department.
- Click Save.
- Click the State Specific Settings tab.
- Set state-specific values for the filter.You can enable or disable filters on a per-state basis.
- Click OK.
- Click Save.
