By default, when you specify multiple triggers on a subject table, both BEFORE and AFTER triggers execute in the order in which they were created as determined by the timestamp of each trigger. This is ANSI/ISO-specified order.
To specify the order in which the triggers execute, regardless of creation time stamp, use the Vantage extension ORDER.
