To make sure administrators and users at your site understand and follow site-specific security procedures, the administrator must create a security handbook.
Include the following in the handbook:
- Why security is needed.
- Company and user benefits of adhering to the security policy.
- Description of the specific implementation of Vantage security features at your site.
- Suggested/required security actions for users and administrators.
- Whom to contact when security questions arise.
Publish the handbook and make it available to all users.
