CheckTable supports the following commands.

| CHECK | Checks all tables or specified databases and tables. This is the main CheckTable command. |
| OUTPUT | Displays or changes the destination for CheckTable output. |
| ERRORFILEDIR | Displays or changes the location of the error file for the current CheckTable session. |
| HELP | Displays CheckTable online help. |
| QUIT | Terminates the CheckTable utility. |
| STATUS | Displays the status of the currently running CHECK command. |
| ABORT | Aborts the currently running CHECK command. |
| ABORT TABLE | Aborts the check on the table currently being checked. |
