Keywords to release a user lock.
A user row in DBC.Dbase becomes locked if the number of successive erroneous logon attempts exceeds the current user default specified in the MaxLogonAttempts password control attribute.
The user row remains locked to logon attempts until the site-defined time has passed, or until a user with MODIFY privileges on the locked user submits a MODIFY USER request to release the lock.
