If Teradata Services needs diagnostic information to determine the root cause of issues, you may be asked to run the Business Continuity Manager support script to create a bundle of logs and other data.
The support script is available at /opt/teradata/bcm/support/bcm_support.sh.
After starting the script, follow the script instructions to note the file names that are part of the output.
For non-standalone Business Continuity Manager installations, support files are located on both Business Continuity Manager servers. You must have root-level privileges to run the script on the Business Continuity Manager servers in both regions.
When opening an incident with Teradata Services, you must upload files from both Business Continuity Manager servers.
