Follow these steps for a manual failover during planned maintenance.
- From bcmadmin, log on to the active sequencer.
- Stop all systems:bcmadmin> SYSTEM HALT <system1>, <system2>...;
- Log on to the standby sequencer.
- Fail over to the standby sequencer:bcmadmin> SEQUENCER FAILOVER;
